Passion can start us on the path to God’s plan, spark creativity, and help us stay the course, but only God can keep passion from fading. Participants will be inspired and challenged as they examine these truths in the life of Moses and in their own lives. Drawing on her work as a children’s author–the business side and the creative side–Valerie will encourage participants to pursue persistent passion for God and His plan for their lives.

Author visits for kids & families

Create fun, memorable experiences for kids and families with an author visit! For younger kids, Valerie leads an interactive reading of one of her books–Share the Joy! A Christmas Lift-the-Flap Book or Let’s Go! Bible Adventures—and provides a song or fun activity. For older kids, she shares the book creation process and leads an activity aligned with the books’ messages of love and caring. All author visits include an activity pack to help teachers continue the learning and fun. Grab the flyer for more info.

Valerie loves to visit with moms’ groups, homeschool co-ops, podcast listeners, children’s ministers, teachers, women’s Bible studies, and more to help families grow in faith and compassion. She also creates fun experiences for kids in classrooms and churches through her book Share the Joy! and her upcoming book Let’s Go Bible Adventures.
A former public school teacher, Valerie understands the importance of connectivity coupled with education. She loves fostering authentic connections with groups while delivering tangible takeaways and lots of jumping off points for further discussion. Learn more about Valerie here.
